Hello, some inappropite usernames are being created, like Mr. Punk Styler or Caught running naked in the street. Please set account creation to "sysop" Wikimedia-wide now.

They are, but this solution is not going to happen. Also, please don't change bug resolutions unless you know what you're doing. This is a WONTFIX.
