When we type "Special:PrefixIndex/Test" in the search box and click the Search button, it is shown the following line:
    Did you mean: [-1]:Preference/Test

I don't think "[-1]" should be here, because
    Did you mean: Special:Preference/Test
is more understandable for this case.

A similar problem happened today, when doing this search on Google Chrome:

Regarding the initial bug, this is still present on live [0]. Regarding the stuff in comments 2-4, that has been fixed.
