Reporting against Babaco Release. (Hosted on http://prototype.wikimedia.org)

Steps to Reproduce ::
1)Navigate to a page and click edit Link
2)Click "Table" icon.
3)Specify 'Columns' value as 'A' and 'Rows' value as '10'.
3)Click on Insert key.

Expected Outcome ::
Should display a error message by asking user to enter only numeric values to 'Columns' and 'Rows'.

3)Click on Insert key.
