I don't know if this is a bug with ogv or something else, but I can't upload [[File:Lilik - Il copyright sulla cultura - video Noè.ogv]] (19.1 MB). I tried removing the Unicode character but nothing: when the upload seems completed I only get a http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Upload&action=submit blank page. I'm using Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090910 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Shiretoko/3.5.3, but the same happens on Windows XP with Firefox, with or without the Firefogg extension. Same problem on it.wikipedia (currently r56901), with or without the undesrscores instead of the spaces, with or without the following information template which I add for completeness. Changing the summary: I have the same problem with djvu files. Bug 19476 is still open, with a patch to apply, but it's only about videos (maybe you can fix at least the problem with djvu). We have not been able to upload videos or big djvu for months, now! It's awful, indeed. Examples: I can upload [[File:Zingarelli, Vocabolario della lingua italiana, 1917, vol 1.djvu]] (32,65 MB) but not http://www.archive.org/details/vocabolarioitali00riguuoft (82 MB).
As two months ago, I can't upload http://www.archive.org/details/VocabolarioAccademiciCruscaEdi3Vol3 (40 MB only).

Yes, looks like under ~36 MB there are no problems (see e.g. [[:File:Zambaldi,_Vocabolario_etimologico_italiano,_1889.djvu]]).
We are at r61846 (https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/?diff=24985 ) and i managed to upload [[:File:Vocabolario italiano della lingua parlata, 1893.djvu]] (82 MB) but not http://www.archive.org/details/VocabolarioAccademiciCruscaEdi3Vol3 (40 MB only). Problem with videos persists, see bug 19476.
