The page changes my user name enerty (MGTom) immediately to all lower case (mgtom), which is an non-existent user. I can not log in. Same on English and Slovenian pages.

WORKSFORME on trunk, both before and after the login branch merge in r56684.

Mihael, this may be from your browser's auto-form-fill trying to "help" you by pulling up a saved value which in this case isn't actually what you want. Try clearing out what it's got saved for the login form and see if it behaves better...
