I have installed mediawiki on an account at Pair Networks.  texvc compiled
nicely and from the command line I am able to successfully create .tex and .png
files.  But, when texvc is executed from PHP it only creates the .tex and not
the .png file.

Checked PATH, permissions, error log output, etc?
