Per community discussion and vote (See link provided) it has been decided that pages of the namespace "ملحق" should be counted as articles in the Arabic Wikipeedia. The contents of this namespace must be inculded in the number of articles shown on the Mainpage. Thanks in advance.

I added this namespace to the list of content namespaces. {{NUMBEROFARTICLES}} won't update immediately, but will rise slowly as articles in the new content namespace are edited.
