Greetings, i recently tried to install FCKeditor on my wiki doing as instructed but when i enable the extension on my LocalSettings.php every page on my wiki loads blank and doesn't work until i disable the extension

SVN revision 51207

My specifications :

0fees.net free hosting
Linux server apache:2.2.12 (Unix)
MediaWiki 1.9.6
PHP 5.2.10
MySQL 5.0.84-1 

and extensions
ParserFunctions (version 1.1.1)
StringFunctions (version 2.0.3)
AutoLink (version 2.2)
Google Maps Extension (version 0.9.4)

Can someone tell me what's the problem?

You shouldn't use the latest SVN version of FCKEditor with MediaWiki 1.9. Download a version of FCKEditor that's compatible with MW 1.9, or upgrade your MW install.
