For articles like [[En.Ranks and insignia of NATO Armies]] this function is necesary so I can 
spread the set of images easily to other languages as the templates are not necesarily English and 
are there for comparasion. I intend to do more similar articles.

I want to be able to use a template in en. for example by using {{en.template_name}}
