prototype.wikimedia.org is now hosting some large files. However, its apache isn't honoring the Range: header, an optional part of http spec used for resuming downloads. So the files are being sent from the beginning each time instead of just the byterange.

These files will be moved from prototype to commons very soon (hopefully even today), after which they'll be deleted from prototype.
