I often find that I create a section when editing either a full page or breaking out from an adjacent section. It would be rather handy to have a /* blah */ section link automatically stuck into the summary in this case, as long as it's reasonably unambiguous.

Might be relatively easy as a side effect of doing processing for the navigable table of contents for the editor... :)
