Makesysop has been marked as obsolete in SVN since January 2008. 

Unlike Makebot, Makesysop used the normal user rights log for its logging, so I don't see anything in the way of removing it.

I'd probably recommend making [[Special:MakeSysop]] an alias to [[Special:Userrights]] first so that any stray links point someplace useful.

The aliases for both MakeSysop and MakeBot was done by Mr.Z-man on r55660.
