"add link" fields in italian i18n

Please add a stable alignment for the "insert link" fields because i18n strings sometimes are in different lengh. (for example see the attachment for the italian i18n)

Yeah, they're of slightly different length in English too. We'll eventually align this right; the dialog looks crappy right now because apart from re-theming it (the blue coloring and stuff), Trevor (our designer) hasn't been working on it yet AFAIK.

Dialogs have been given some attention, and now all the contents of the forms in the dialogs are in tables which help with the alignment.
