Here are the translations of Site Variables.
$wgSitename = Vikihaber
$wgMetaNamespace = Vikihaber
$wgMetaNamespaceTalk = Vikihaber_tartışma

I have found these variables in Czech Wikinews Request Page. User Pathoschild was posted these variables for translation.
