While using monobook, those non-article namespaces have a light blue background color. But after switched to vector, everything turns white. So would you please add that light blue bg color back to vector, many thanks. Best regards.

If they're in [[MediaWiki:Monobook.css]], they won't even be read when using Vector; in that case, move the CSS up to [[MediaWiki:Common.css]] or add Vector-specific CSS to [[MediaWiki:Vector.css]].
