Example of mismatch of xml fields

Hello,

We are noticing that some of the Wikimedia database dumps have the wrong article body attached to a given article's title.  In other words, the <text xml> field is from a different article than the <title> field.  I have attached an example from a dump in the Spanish Wikipedia.  This is obviously a critical error for those of us who use the dumps regularly (for research in our case).
