I tried using Beta interface and then opt-out to choose Vector skin. Both of them didn't load my personal JS page ('User:Username/vector.js'), it is not in Script list reported by Firebug (the tool I use in Firefox).

I also test with other skins, such as Monobook and Chick, Firebug reported that the page *did* load monobook.js and chick.js, respectively. So I think it is a bug in Vector skin.

Sorry, I have found out that it is because of the syntax error in my vector.js. Please close this bug.
