Using <http://min.ie/1Am> to block access to my wiki, but it isn't working at all. I can still access it even when I'm not logged in.

Got a copy of your LocalSettings.php from the appropriate location, i.e. do not show us anything from it we don't care about?

Everything looks right.

You seem to have a GroupPermissionManager extension with you.  You are sure that this does not overwrite your own settings?

What happens when you disable that extension by commenting it out?
