Please install the enhanced editing toolbar to strategy.wikimedia.org.  Eloquence suggested this as the best path to that...

It's already installed, I'm guessing you want it to be enabled for everyone? In that case, someone with shell access should set $wgEditToolbarGlobalEnable = true; on strategywiki.

Should be an easy bump. (Rob, note this is an extension setting so will need to be overridden after extension load in CommonSettings. Yeah, we gotta fix up our crappy config system some day...)
