When one uses revision delete to censor a username, the username still appears as the page name on the recent changes feed. Example:

User:Abusive username
Monday, July 27, 2009 10:48 PM

(log action removed)

To clarify, the New User log entry is the one that fails to be censored from the RSS by revision delete. So if you block the user with the censor username from log option enabled, the New Users log entry is still visible on the RSS.

This may or may not be specific to the new user log... should be tested with other revision deletion functions.
