Per above (URL), we request the creation of the "flood flag" user group. ([[m:Meta:Flood flag]] Bug 15176) but with the difference that sysops must be able not only to give/remove the flood flag for themselves, they must be able to remove the flood flag from other administrators as well. Permission is supossed to be avalaible only for sysops. Thank you.
"Permission is supossed to be avalaible only for sysops." that is to say: Only admins (& crats) can use the permission. Non-admins/crats mustn't be allowed to be granted this.
Right now, only sysops and 'crats can assign and remove this. They can assign and remove it from any users, including themselves. This change is now live.
