"Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" checked, but edit saves with blank summary and without warning. r53410.

Works correctly for me (both on my local wiki and test.wikipedia.org). Just to know: did you change your preferences since June 15 (i.e. since the new preferences system is live on Wikimedia)?

I changed some other preferences, but not this.

It works now, but I don't know what happens.
