The default message "revision-info" for "de" is broken since apparently parameters aren't properly filled.

See for example http://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Accueil&oldid=38711044&uselang=de
The message [[fr:MediaWiki:Revision-info/de]] reads "Version vom $4, $5 Uhr von $2", but the message displayed is "Version vom 13:34, 13:34 Uhr von Schiste (Diskussion | Beiträge)". So apparently, the revision date parameter $5 is filled with the revision time instead.

Already fixed with r52175 (June 19th) but not live yet.
