The namespace "Portal:" has not been enabled on Urdu Wikipedia. We are currently creating portals by prefixing the article names with "باب:", urdu equivalent for the word.
The project must provide a link to consensus for me to create this namespace, without that I cannot just add things per a single user request. I apologize for any issues this may cause, but a link to consensus for this change must be provided before the change can take place. I am marking this bug as invalid. Once consensus has been reached, you can feel free to reopen this bug and provide a link to consensus, or open a new bug, whichever is easiest for you. Best regards.

What should the talk namespace be called, Kashif?
For the Talk namespace, please use "Portal Talk" as the primary namespace and the Urdu equivalent "تبادلۂ خیال باب" as a synonym to it.
I am no longer sure about one thing. Should the Urdu word be the primary namespace and the English word point to it or the other way around? For the Template namespace on Urdu wikipedia, if you search for Template, It automatically pulls the Urdu equivalent سانچہ. The pages are made with the Urdu prefix, not the English one. Please do it the correct way as I am not fully aware of the terminology for this.
Pretty sure the Urdu should be the primary namespace and the English just an alias...
