The preference "Send me copies of e-mails I send to other users" cant be overridden for individual emails sent.

Some people don't like receiving copies of all emails they send, but occasionally need to keep a copy for their records, and it would be easier to change the pref for just those emails rather than change their preferences, send the email, restore the preference.
