Description Chris R. 2009-07-04 19:27:59 UTC
To reproduce:
1. Edit a page
2. Click the {{CITE}} button
3. Click "Web"
4. Enter a URL
5. For the title, put: "[Blah] Blah" (anything with embedded brackets should work)
6. Click the "Add citation" button
7. Note how no <nowiki> tags are included in the embedded citation.
8. Save the page.
9. Note how the linking on the reference is not correct.

Expected:
The {{CITE}} button should escape any characters in the Title and other fields that could be interpreted as wiki formatting.

This isn't part of MediaWiki or the cite extension, its a local script, please note this on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Mr.Z-man/refToolbar
