Description Derk-Jan Hartman 2009-07-04 00:45:51 UTC
http://snook.ca/technical/colour_contrast/colour.html

Currently Vector uses #666666 as the foreground color for "div#panel div.portal h5" and #F4F4F4 as the background color. Though not bad, for the people with visual disabilities this is not optimal. When using #444444 for the headings instead, Vector would pass all WCAG 2 standards at all resolutions and anti aliasing usecases. The change is not very noticeable for most people, but will likely benefit a group of users that we in general don't pay enough attention to.

I have not checked any of the other foreground/background combinations, but this one stood out, even with good eyesight.
