The linking between wikipedia, wiktionary, wikiquote.. should get an extra
toolbox like the language links. And it should show whether there is an article
or not.

on de:wikipedia now there are two links between upload and specialpages in the
toolbox, but they are not realy tools, are they?

The German toolbox contains these links:
    * Links auf diese Seite
    * Verlinkte Seiten
    * Spezialseiten
Can't find anything special here. Nor can I find any links to wiktionary or
wikiquote on a German page.

[[de:mediawiki:upload]] was reverted because the additional links did interfere
with the heading of [[special:upload]] :(

The inverse of this bug seems to be a desired and well-adapted to feature.  If we change this now, tons of links all over Wikimedia will be borked.  Marking as WONTFIX>
