We would like that the blocked users in the Wikipedia in Catalan language could discuss their blocks in their talk pages. This way they would be able to appeal if they think that it is not fair. This is a common practice in most wikipedias. Therefore we want that somebody enables the $wgBlockAllowsUTEdit variable.

Our community has accepted this in http://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viquipèdia:La_taverna/Arxius/Polítiques/Recent#Dret_de_r.C3.A8plica_als_usuaris_blocats
