When including a template with {{subst:example}}, HTML comments in
Template:Example are removed from the inserted text, and do not appear when you
next try to edit the page.

Particularly annoying is the part of the template hidden by default using
comments which is not reproduced at all.

Fixed in CVS HEAD and REL1_4. Will appear in 1.4.2 release.
