I generated a PDF today on enwiki and noticed that the license page does not reflect the CC-BY-SA license; it just says GFDL. This is particularly bad for articles that have incorporated CC-BY-SA text and so are no longer licensed under the GFDL at all.
As of this morning they have the CC-BY-SA notice and link. (Note that Wikimedia is not providing any tools to determine whether a given page is also accessible under GFDL dual-license, so there's probably not much point to adding more notices about the possibility here.)
