If you have an article with the last version unreviewd (but with older reviewed version) and move this page to an namespace where flagged version is not enabled, every new edit is displayed with a review-button on the watchlist.

You can see this behaviour on dewiki if you have [[:de:Wikipedia:Redaktion Chemie/Chemikalienliste]] on your watchlist.

I have created and reviewed a page on ns0 and then simple moved to the user ns.

http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Merlissimo/Bug_19254 (Paged moved as reviewer)
http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Merlissimo/Bug_19254-2 (Paged moved not as reviewer)

Both versions show me the review button on my warchlist after i edit the page on user namespace.
