The sister projects should have the new search feature currently in use on
Wikipedia enabled.

Good idea.  Also, they should have both google and yahoo search boxes enabled
for times when the other search is turned off... but any admin should be able to
make the latter change by updating the right sitewide message.

Changing URL from en.wikibooks.org to fr.wikibooks.org .

According to http://wp.wikidev.net/Server_admin_log , more sites had search
activated on 14 May 2005: "23:25 brion: lucene search now up for all en, de, eo,
and ru sites. In theory.".  Also announced at
http://mail.wikipedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-l/2005-May/029551.html .

According to http://wp.wikidev.net/Server_admin_log , all "sister projects" had
search activated on 27 May 2005: "22:59 brion: lucene search on wikimedia-wide".
