Hi.

Please create a new *private* mailing list "Oversight-de-l" for the local oversighters in the German Wikipedia. We (the five newly elected oversighters) agreed on a mailing list for internal communication.

I volunteer for maintaining the mailing list (church.of.emacs.ml {aĊ§} googlemail.com).

I was under the impression this may be handled via OTRS.

Actually, this is not what we had in mind. OTRS is open for Oversight requests from Non-Oversighters. The Mailing list should be for internal discussion and discussion of difficult cases.
