Description Strainu 2009-05-31 19:39:03 UTC Hi, We would like to have the New User Message Extension activated for the Romanian Wikipedia. The issue has been discussed at http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discu%C5%A3ie_Wikipedia:Sfatul_B%C4%83tr%C3%A2nilor#Mesajul_de_bun_venit We would also prefer to substitute the message, so perhaps you could consider the patch from BUG18809.
