Seeking will only work well with oggz_chop enabled servers.. we are still wating on wikimedia to ship oggz_chop support... (I could deploy it on the katlura sandbox if we want...

this is fixed in the latest java commits that also adds support for centrally signed applet: http://theora.org/cortado.jar
