Where are line in Names.php:

 'cv' => 'Чӑваш - (Ĉăvaŝ)',	# Chuvash

But Chuvash language uses only Cyrillic script. Moreover, Ĉ letter exists only
in Esperanto alfabet.

So, Should be:
 'cv' => 'Чӑваш',	# Chuvash

Changed in REL1_4 and HEAD.
