We now have a proliferation of useful, but poorly-grouped, bugs and feature requests relating to RevDelete, HideUser, the suppression log, oversight rights, etc etc.  An umbrella component to collect these would be useful.

A component named 'RevisionDelete' would do.

But HideUser is also related, more so to 'oversight' than to "blocking", which is where it currently goes.

Yes, HideUser is a revision deletion feature.
