There are two duplicate and conflicting declarations for padding and margin of .catlinks in the main.css of the Modern skin. They should be reduced. I also propose to use "padding: 0.1em 0.3em 0.1em 0.3em;" to make the categories text clearly seperate from the borders, making it more legible.

Patch to remove one of the declarations, and assign a "tight" but still visible padding for the Categories in the catlinks.
