Please include all of the lines below when reporting installation problems.

PHP 5.2.9-2 installed Could not find a suitable database driver!
For MySQL, compile PHP using --with-mysql, or install the mysql.so module 
For PostgreSQL, compile PHP using --with-pgsql, or install the pgsql.so module 
For MSSQL, compile PHP using --with-mssql not ready, or install the mssql not ready.so module

This is a PHP problem

Please reinstall php with the Mysql and /or Mysqli extensions.

This is not a place to get help, it's a place to file bugs. MediaWiki support places are also not the right place for information about setting up PHP right in the first place. I suggest you look through the PHP install guide at php.net or ask in ##php on freenode (IRC).

Ok, Uninstall and reinstall PHP( or click change) from add / remove programs
When it asks you what features to install expand extensions and select MySQL
