It would be useful if parameters could be used in the warning messages in the MediaWiki namespace used by the abuse filter, something like $1 for filter ID, $2 for description, $3 for actions taken, and so forth.

$1 was already the public filter description. As of r51412, the filter ID is in slot $2.

Oh, so it was, sorry about that. Assumed it wasn't there since en.wikipedia isn't using it, despite being obviously useful. I'll have to go pester them at some point.
