I have added the group and allowed bureaucrats to add and remove the right.  However, I am not sure what autopromote you mean.  Do you mean the flagged revisions autopromote?

Both of these requests should technically have a link to a project consensus.

I have updated the request, sysops can now add and remove the group.

The autopromote request removal needs to be community consensus.  Once it occurs, it would be best to open a new ticket.

Thanks, but autoeditor rights work incorrect: http://uk.wiktionary.org/wiki/Спеціальна:ListGroupRights (sysops doesn't add/remove this flag). Please correct this.

I am not sure why this is not showing up.

Brion,  can you glance at this and see what I am doing wrong?  I am going to move the assignment from me to you, but feel free to move it back.  I just do not know what I am missing.

Why not just use the Editor group and disable autopromotion? Is another group needed?

I set $wgFlaggedRevsAutopromote = false;

Nevermind, the userlist shows that it is used by a few people.

That should only show for administrators. That picture is for a user that only has Editor rights.

Also, User Group Rights shows that admins can add/remove the autoeditor group.

Gah, "Bureaucrat" rights that is. Sysops can add/remove autoeditor, but people that are just Bureaucrats cannot...according to User Group Rights.

There was a spelling typo in the config, a missing "k" in the ukwiktionary.

Bureaucrats and Sysops can add/remove this group.
