Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

In the new preferences code (r49790 and up), when I set the option "Enable e-mail from other users" in the e-mail options tab, save, and return to the tab, the setting is still empty.

1. log in
2. got to special preferences
3. select tab 'e-mail options'
4. check "Enable e-mail from other users" (to 'setting active')
5. Click "Save"
6. Go back to step 3. Check if the check box for "Enable e-mail from other users" is there.

Observation:
* check box set in 4, saved in 5, is not there in 6.

Expected:
* check box "Enable e-mail from other users" is checked in step 6.
