Description Para 2009-04-24 21:47:23 UTC
When a ticket is closed with "Pending reminder", OTRS should send a daily email to the ticket owner starting from the reminder date. It worked before the January update, but hasn't worked since.

In ticket histories, "SendAgentNotification" seems to still happen for "NewTicket" and "FollowUp", but not for "PendingReminder".

See for example https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketHistory&TicketID=2246715 where the reminders are no longer sent after OTRS was upgraded, and compare with newer tickets that are in the reminder state.

Fred, can you check up and see if this issue is still present? Thanks!
Comment 2 Fred Vassard 2009-07-13 20:55:13 UTC
Enable the cron-job that takes care of sending the reminders (I think)
Let me know if the issue is still present or if I can resolve this ticket.

Comment 3 Fred Vassard 2009-07-14 15:58:57 UTC
Recreated a non-db GenericAgent config file to send reminders every 24 hours for tickets in PendingReminder state.
After more thought, decided to make it an editable GenericAgent from the web UI.
Everything seems to be working at this point, so I am resolving this ticket. Don't hesitate to re-open it if anything is amiss.
