Specifically, it doesn't check the rename log, so if the account is renamed, it will still appear in the Special:Log/rename. There's an example in the URL field (for which oversight is unnecessary... it could be unhidden after this bug is resolved)

You mean if the account was renamed to a name that was later hidden?

That lot isn't treated any different than the others.

AFAICT, the block was before the rename.
