Could an arbcom-audit-en mailing list be created for the use of the en.wiki ArbCom's new Audit Subcommittee (as announced at https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Wikipedia:Arbitration_Committee/Noticeboard#Audit_Subcommittee_established)?

You can set me as the moderator for the time being; once we have the list membership finalized, we'll pick someone for the long term.

The interim subcommittee has been finalised and we are now starting to organise ourselves.
