Marking as Major due to it blocking any imports via importDump.php.

Log of SSH attached.

I tried using importDump.php before and got another error: "Failed loading /usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendExtensionManager.so: /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg/libm.so.4: unsupported file layout". However, the script went on, and then died at the same fwrite() error.

Update your installation. This is fixed in those and 1.3.0 has not been supported for a long time.
