Description Bawolff (Brian Wolff) 2009-04-14 21:29:52 UTC
Since the redirect fixer has been disabled, would it be possible to give users a list of double redirects they created after they moved the page. Currently [[mediawiki:Movepage-moved]] tells users they should check [[special:whatlinkshere]] for double redirects, but i think it would be better if that page directly listed the redirects that need to be changed, as special:whatlinkshere has all sorts of backlinks, not just double redirects, and it is always good to reduce the number of clicks to get to stuff.

thanks,
bawolff

Ideally, a list should be presented that has a one-click option to fix the redirect.

Yes. There should be checkboxes next to each affected redirect and a "check all" option so that users can pick and choose which redirects to batch-fix and which redirects will require manual review.
