1/ There are show/hide links on page history/deleted page history, but not on user contribs/deleted contribs. 2/ If a user clicks through to a deleted diff on "View and restore deleted pages", there is a direct click to oversight the revision fully, but no link to show/hide it. The significance of this is, if material needs oversighting, admins are asked to delete it, while waiting for an oversight response, in case of delay. But once the oversighter receives the request they must either use oversight (not RevDel) or else they must /undelete/ the material then redelete using RevDel. they can't go directly from a deleted edit (user contrib), or list of deleted contribs, to click through to show/hide, as they can elsewhere. Forcing them to undelete first or individually visit each affected page's history which was edited by the user rather than just work from the user's contribs, in order to resolve this, is a problem. If all edits are on one page, then this is not an issue since page history does have the "show/hide" links. But they often are not.
(The reason this is "major" is that anything that tends towards undelete of oversightable material even temporarily, or slowing down of its permanent resolution with RevDel, is highly undesirable given the nature of some oversightable content and its seriousness.)
show/hide links are already there for deleted diffs on SVN, as well as for contribs.
