Regular Wikipedia pages display page version like this:
This page was last modified on 11 April 2009, at 03:02 (UTC).

But essentially same content displayed on the edit page is shown without a date/time.

It would be very beneficial and logical to have the same version date/time displayed on the edit pages as well.

Edit pages can show a sting like this:
This edit page is based on the article version last modified on 11 April 2009, at 03:02 (UTC).
